Special thanks to our 2026 partner MassMutual South Carolina — we couldn't build it without you.
Skip the forgettable happy hour. Build bikes instead — big signage, your own vendor table, and your name called from the stage.
Workshop Crew
THE OFFICE PARTY WITH A PURPOSE
Six of your people building bikes that change a child's entire year. Your crew gets the full spotlight — big signage, a shout-out from the stage, your own vendor table, and the kind of team photos that end up framed on desks. Skip the forgettable happy hour.
- A team-building day — your 6-person team builds together
- All food & drink for the day
- Crew name on a large hanging sign (36x48)
- Logo on the reveal volunteer shirts
- Prominent feature on the electronic signage
- On-stage MC recognition moment
- Vendor market table plus a dedicated social post
- Framed picture and a social thank-you photo with Katie & Santa
How it works
Three steps, and the hardest one is picking a name!
Pick your team name
Eight Workshop Crew tables, each with its own name. Choose the one you want below — once it’s claimed, it’s yours.
Show up on December 8
10am til 4pm at Building 64, Charleston Navy Yard. Free parking. Lunch, cocoa, snacks and the open bar are all on us.
Build bikes, eat, repeat
No experience needed — the Head Elves teach you everything. Your 6 builders spend the day putting together brand-new bikes for children who have never owned one.
