Four hundred children outside, a giant drape across a yard full of bikes, and a countdown. Then it drops.

It is, without exaggeration, the loudest sound you will hear all year. Reveal sponsors stand right there and hand the bikes over, one at a time.

Before you claim a school

The questions we get asked most. Anything else, just ask.

Which school do we get?

That stays secret until closer to the day. The children have no idea the bikes are coming and we work hard to keep it that way, so schools and dates are only shared with sponsors once everything is locked in.

When do the reveals happen?

After the December 8 build, once the bikes are finished. Each school gets its own reveal. We confirm your date with you directly as soon as it is set.

Is a reveal sponsorship tax-deductible?

Yes. Going Places is a registered 501(c)(3), EIN 81-5267546, and every package on this page is 100% tax-deductible. Your recognition and tax letter follows automatically.

Do we actually get to speak and hand the bikes over?

Yes — that is the whole point of the Title. You speak, you do the live countdown with Katie, and you hand the bikes to the children yourself, one at a time.

What is the difference between a Title and funding the bikes?

A Title puts your name on one school's reveal moment. Funding buys the bikes themselves at $175 each. Sponsor a Whole School does both — it funds all ~400 bikes and includes the full Title package.

Can we bring our team, and can we use the photos?

Yes to both. Bring your people along, and you get branded photos and video from the day to use however you like, plus a framed photo with your school's children.

Can we take an add-on without the Title?

Yes. Every add-on on this page stands alone — your logo goes on that item at all three reveals, on the reveal T-shirt and banner, and you are invited to attend.
