Santa's Holiday Village runs alongside the build all day — stalls, fairy lights, and a room full of people who have been putting bikes together since ten in the morning and are in the best mood they'll be in all year. Twenty booths at $100 each, and that's the lot.

We approve every vendor before you pay a cent, and we cap how many stalls sell the same thing — so you won't turn up and find five others selling what you sell. Once you're in, the day is yours.
