Before you book

The practical questions, answered. Anything else, just ask.

How many people can we bring?
That depends on your table. Jingle Pair seats 2, Reindeer Team 4, Workshop Crew 6 and Sleigh Squad 8. If you want to bring more, claim a second table — plenty of companies do.
How do we pick our table name?
You choose it. Every table on the floor has its own name — pick the one you want from the boards above and it is yours, first come, first served. It goes on your signage and up on the screens.
Do we need experience or tools?
Neither. Bikes, parts and tools are all provided, and our Head Elves walk your crew through the build step by step.
Do we have to stay all day?
Doors open at 10:00am and we finish at 4:00pm. Most crews stay the whole day because that is where the fun is, but nobody is counting.
Can two companies share a table?
Yes. Split it however suits you — just tell us whose name goes on the signage when you book.
What if someone drops out?
No problem at all. Bring a replacement, or turn up a person short. You will still get through your bikes.
Can under-18s build?
Yes. Anyone under 18 is welcome to build as long as they can handle a bike build. Every bike is built in pairs, so pair a younger builder with an adult from your team and they work through it together.
What should our team wear?
Something festive and closed-toe shoes. There is an award for Best Dressed Crew, so it is worth the effort.
